Process Post - Q1 Studio Project

Starting out on the first studio project of the year, I think that I began working on the project too slowly. Deep in my mind I knew what I wanted to do, but I was too scared to make a mark. Additionally, I had too much attention to detail in blending the first small section I painted, which slowed my process down greatly. Fortunately for me, I gained some confidence with the process and the pace quickened. In just one studio day in class, I had almost tripled the amount of paint I had initially had on the paper. Overall I feel that I did well for my first in class project of the year.
